Private limited liability company “ICC Engineering” is the company rendering services of identification of defects of welded connections that has been working from 2000 at the production plant of Mazeikiai branch of the Private limited liability company “International Construction Corporation”. Starting from 2004 the company is registered and continues its activities as a Private limited liability company “ICC Engineering”. The company has achieved perfect results during over 10 years and confidently competes in the market with other companies carrying out similar activities.

The company has been certified at DVS ZERT according to the requirements of the welding quality standard EN ISO 3834-3: 2006 (cert. No. LT-2005-018B).

The main company’s activity is identification of internal and external defects of welded connections and parent metal using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods:

  • radiographic testing (RT)
  • ultrasonic testing (UT)
  • magnetic testing (MT)
  • capillary (penetrant) testing (PT)
  • visual testing (VT)
  • vacuum testing (LT)
  • post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) of welded connections (welds) – high-temperature annealing
  • measurements of metal thickness and hardness
